Aberdeen has seen 76 new homes constructed between June 2006 and September 2022.
This construction includes seven new homes on the site of the old curling rink, in-fill development on Norman Avenue, Jackson Avenue, 6th Avenue, and 4th Avenue, subdivision of Hamm Court, Graham Court and McDonald Street.
There is currently 1 serviced residential lot available on 5th Avenue.
